La importancia del rol docente en la enseñanza e investigación

Abstract

Partiendo de la importancia y necesidad de comprender el rol del docente en fomentar la investigación y el compromiso de lucha por la valoración de la misma, nace el presente trabajo con el propósito de arar y mejorar el interés por la solución de problemas en el campo de la investigación. La enseñanza e investigación y el rol de docente es clave en la formación de recursos humanos idóneos, creativos, innovadores, apasionados por saber más, no estar satisfecho de lo mínimo, sino que sean sujetos capaces de originar un cambio magno para bien, con enfoque social, ético y moral. O sea, se debe dejar de lado las excusas y por el contrario debe nacer en todos y cada uno de los docentes y estudiantes la cultura científica y ser parte de la solución, y consagrarse como excéntricos pero apasionados investigadores por encontrar la solución de un problema.

Starting from the importance and necessity of understanding the role of the teacher in fomenting research and the commitment to fight for the evaluation of the same, the present work is born with the purpose of plowing and improving the interest for the solution of problems in the field of the investigation. Teaching and research and the role of teachers are key in the formation of suitable, creative, innovative human resources, passionate about knowing more, not being satisfied of the minimum, but being subjects capable of bringing about a great change for good, with focus Social, ethical and moral. That is, excuses should be left aside and on the contrary must be born in each and every one of the teachers and students scientific culture and be part of the solution, and consecrate themselves as eccentrics but passionate researchers to find the solution of a problem.
