CAMBIOS REPRESENTACIONALES Y DE COYUNTURA SOBRE LA VIOLENCIA DE GÉNERO. UNA APROXIMACIÓN PARA PENSAR LAS LEGISLACIONES DE SALTA (ARGENTINA).

Abstract

Resumen: Este artículo presenta una aproximación a las transformaciones que tuvieron lugar en las representaciones subyacentes en las legislaciones para frenar la violencia de género en la provincia de Salta, Argentina. En particular, desde los aportes del análisis del discurso de base sociosemiótica, se observan los paradigmas representacionales legibles en la Ley Provincial 7403 de Violencia Intrafamiliar (2006), el Decreto/Ley de Emergencia Pública 7857 por Violencia de género en la provincia (2014) y la adhesión a la Ley Micaela 27.499 (2019). Los resultados dan cuenta de la relación entre los cambios interpretativos de la problemática de la violencia de género con la construcción de un orden jurídico global de género, ciertos avances nacionales y regionales para la institucionalización de una agenda de género y el impulso del auge de las masivas movilizaciones feministas.

Abstract: This article presents an approach to the transformations that took place in the underlying representations in the legislation to curb gender violence in the province of Salta, Argentina. In particular, from the contributions of the analysis of the socio-semiotic base discourse, the readable representational paradigms are observed in the Provincial Law of Intrafamily Violence, No. 7403 (2006), the decree / law of Public Emergency for gender violence in the province, N 7857 (2014) and adherence to the Micaela Law, No. 27,499 (2019). The results show the relationship between the interpretative changes of the problem of gender violence with the construction of a global gender legal order, certain national and regional advances for the institutionalization of a gender agenda, and the impulse of the rise of the massive feminist mobilizations.
