| dc.description.abstract | RESUMEN: La sentencia aquí comentada supone la primera condena a la entidad Catalunya Banc por la comercialización de productos complejos sin cumplir con el deber de información exigido por la normativa. Ello supone, a juicio del Tribunal, la existencia de error en el consentimiento de los consumidores, lo que determina la nulidad de los contratos.Ahora bien, la clave de esta resolución reside en el giro doctrinal que supone desvincular el perfil (inversor) del consumidor y el vicio del consentimiento. | es |
