Abstract
Starting with the transformative essence of the new Political State Constitution, the Plan for Development and the Education Law "Avelino Siñani-Elizardo Perez", a great deal of work and effort have been invested in the field of education in order to make a significant impact on the transformation of our people towards becoming a decolonized, emancipated, free, fair and equitable Plurinational State, one that is built upon its inherent knowledge that it develops through ongoing mutual, cooperative, inter- and transdisciplinary methods, as well as through team work, based on production and the community, and by using real ideological positions, political and decolonizing social criticism. To this end, we respond by contributing individually, socially and institutionally as people committed to the change in our country, based on learning-teaching processes. In this space, we will share some criteria related to the cognitive and affective basis for a spiritual, decolonized and productive community worldview that needs to be developed to become the basis for new mental structures and thoughts that support the project of a new society. Thus, these criteria may serve as some elements in the self- reflection and permanent review that characterize the shared construction of new education meanings aimed at living well, respecting others, respecting nature, respecting our planet and the universe as a whole of whom we are part.
