It turns out to be diffi cult to contrast two concepts which have been handled along thehistory in a separated way such as communication and power, notwithstanding it becomeseasier to understand this relationship by adding a name to both of them, even though it maybe the “politics”. It has never been easy to treat politics as an unambiguous concept becauseit does not have this characteristic. However it is necessary to compare both terms in orderto understand how a small group maintains the power. First, a repertoire of concepts whichoverlap society, communication and political institutions are given to comprehend their cohesivespace and the mediator bodies. Then, how that power keeps equilibrium in the State bodies isstudied and the new technological tools that stimulate it. Finally, the relationship between thepolitical power and Political Communication is pointed out. All of that is done by means of adocumentary-descriptive methodology.
