Adaptación Curricular: Un puente para fomentar el liderazgo en estudiantes con habilidades diferentes

Abstract
Las adaptaciones curriculares desempeñan un papel fundamental en la promoción del liderazgo en estudiantes con habilidades diferentes, destacándose como una herramienta clave para garantizar la equidad educativa. Este estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar cómo estas adaptaciones fomentan habilidades de liderazgo en contextos educativos diversos. Se realizó una revisión sistemática siguiendo la Declaración PRISMA, analizando 18 estudios publicados en los últimos años. Los resultados mostraron que las estrategias implementadas, como el aprendizaje basado en proyectos, el uso de tecnologías asistivas y las actividades extracurriculares, fomentaron significativamente la autoconfianza, la autonomía y el liderazgo. Estas adaptaciones se aplicaron exitosamente en niveles educativos primario, secundario, especial y superior, con impactos positivos en el desarrollo de roles activos en los estudiantes. Se concluye que las adaptaciones curriculares, diseñadas estratégicamente, no solo promueven la inclusión, sino que también fortalecen el liderazgo en estudiantes con habilidades diferentes, contribuyendo a entornos educativos más inclusivos y equitativos.
