A mathematical model of the convective diffusion process has been studied theoretically and tested in the laboratory. The process takes place when the flow of an electrolytic fluid circulates through a cylindrical conductive capillary. A wide range of the applied electrical potential was used. The theoretical results allow the formulation of criteria for the operation and design of the cylindrical porous electrodes.
