dc.description.abstractPurpose: The study intends to assess the effect of transformational leadership on the job satisfaction of government employees in Jordan in order to further investigate this phenomenon. Theoretical framework: Worldwide public sector companies were facing numerous operational difficulties as a result of the Corona pandemic. Among the most important steps implemented to prevent viral spread are lockdowns and social seclusion. However, strategic management and leadership can support overcoming existing difficulties. Design/methodology/approach: Using an acceptable sample technique, the researchers chose the respondents from among human resource staffers working for public sector organizations. Additionally, regression analysis supported the suggested association between the study variables. Findings: The findings showed a significant positive association between transformative leadership and employees' happiness with their jobs in human resources. Research, Practical & Social implications: It has been discovered that, despite the COVID-19 epidemic, transformational leaders support their teams' productivity, which raises commitment to the organization and employee job satisfaction. Originality/value: Regarding the function of transformative leaders, participants also expressed satisfaction and confidence. The researchers advised undertaking additional research to emphasize the importance of leadership in strategically implementing administrative procedures amid global crises at all levels.
