Abstract
Este estudio se enfoca en la identificación y análisis de habilidades directivas en Instituciones de Educación Superior (IIEE) en respuesta a las demandas cambiantes del entorno actual. La gestión organizacional efectiva es esencial para abordar los cambios continuos, y la presencia de directivos con habilidades adecuadas es crucial para el éxito institucional. La investigación emplea un diseño descriptivo y bibliográfico, utilizando bases de datos como Scopus, WOS, SciELO y Latindex con operadores booleanos AND-OR y la técnica PRISMA. Los hallazgos de treinta artículos seleccionados revelan diversas propuestas que abordan habilidades directivas, destacando dimensiones y competencias específicas. Concluye que estas habilidades contribuyen significativamente a mejorar la capacidad competitiva y avanzar en la experiencia pedagógica, resultando en un proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje más efectivo y beneficios directos para los estudiantes.
This study focuses on the identification and analysis of managerial skills in Institutions of Higher Education (IIEE) in response to the changing demands of today's environment. Effective organizational management is essential to address continuous change, and the presence of managers with adequate skills is crucial for institutional success. The research employs a descriptive and bibliographic design, using databases such as Scopus, WOS, SciELO and Latindex with Boolean AND-OR operators and the PRISMA technique. The findings of thirty selected articles reveal diverse proposals that address managerial skills, highlighting specific dimensions and competencies. It concludes that these skills contribute significantly to improve competitive capacity and advance the pedagogical experience, resulting in a more effective teaching-learning process and direct benefits for students.
