Abstract
El trabajo analiza la problemática particular de la protección penal del derecho a la propia imagen realizando un análisis de las conductas relevantes para el derecho penal, haciendo hincapié especial en el valor del consentimiento de la víctima como elemento excluyente de la responsabilidad criminal. Se analiza así mismo la propuesta de modificación de estos delitos que viene a limitar la eficacia del consentimiento
The paper analyses the problematic individual of the protection criminal of the right to the own image, realizing an analysis of the notable behaviors for the penal right, doing special upsetting in the value of the consent of the victim like element to exclude the criminal responsibility. It analyses likewise the proposal of modification of these crimes limiting the efficieney of the consent.
