La enseñanza del Derecho y su interdisciplinariedad es un reto constante para el docente universitario

Abstract

La importancia de la enseñanza del Derecho, en los centros de enseñanza superior se encuentra en el reconocimiento del valor de la normatividad jurídica, toda vez que constituye un medio social que nos permite alcanzar formas indispensables para organizar las complejas relaciones del poder, intereses y garantías de los miembros de una sociedad. Y es que la institución social de un orden legal y político equitativo, se hace posible atribuir a las relaciones entre los sujetos y posiciones concretas que garantizan condiciones de la justicia e igualdad. Por ello, una de las prioridades de la docencia superior consiste en el rescate de la función social del derecho.

The importance of the education of the law, in higher educational institutions recognize the value of the juridical normativity,itmeansthat it constitutes of a social environment that allows us to reach indispensable forms to organize the complex relations of the power, interests and the guaranteesof society members. The fact is that the social institutions of a legal and political order, make possible to assume that the relations between the subjects and concrete positions guarantee conditions of the justice and equality. In this regard, one of the priorities of the top education involvesaving the social function of the law.
