dc.description.abstractPresent work deals with the preferable conditions of the automated one to elaborate test of rehearsal of Charpy with it fits in V in SAE 1045 steel. The object it is to get test tubes with those which, in the results of the impact rehearsal, attenuate the influence of the characteristics left by the automated one to it fits her and stand out the influence of the nature of the material. The following variables were considered: a) the speed of the advance of the table of the milling machine in the levels of 56 and 140 mm/min, b) the depth of the cut in level of two successive passings of 1,7 and 0,3 mm and in level of a single passing 2,0 mm, and c) the application and not application of court fluid. Leaving of the postulate that you fit them preferable they are those that generate high energy consumption in the impact rehearsal, the automated ones they were executed chord with a multifactor experiment 23. Eight treatments were executed with ten test tubes each one, and then these were subjected to impact to determine the absorbed energy. The analysis Multifactorial applied to the results indicates that the significant effect possesses it the application of the court fluid.
