dc.description.abstractAs the major economical and technical indexes in WPA production,sulfuric acid consumption is reduced alone with the decrease in the loss of the water soluble P2O5 in the WPA filtering system.For a 550 kt / a P2O5 plant,sulfuric acid consumption is reduced about 62.7 kt / a by changing the quality of washing water,improving the distribution of washing water,increasing the washing efficiency and reducing the water soluble P2O5 in phosphogypsum.
