Abstract

This article is about the effects of the constitutional changes regarding foreign \ninvestments and hydrocarbons. The use of arbitration agreements is common in both areas, \nbut the new constitutional regulation seems to forbid an agreement of this kind. The article \nanalyzes this situation by comparing the current constitutional regulation with the one \nabrogated.
