dc.description.abstractThe sociocultural movement in the international arena has been marked by a concept of citizenship strongly linked to educational processes. An educational culture that respects the habits and customs of different peoples that cohabit in a certain region, forms a rich cultural mosaic, shaped by respect for democratic coexistence. The aim of this article is to analyze the exercise of citizenship between the Kwisi people and neighboring tribes in the educational environment, based on the interpretation of the levels of understanding of the local educational agents of the Caitou commune, in the city of Namibe - Angola. to analyze the possible occurrence of this phenomenon, we tried to develop the present approach adopting as methodology the qualitative research, assured by the bibliographic and field methods, whose design is descriptive, taking into account the difficulties that have been detected by and describes the barbarous and cruel form in which the Mucubais and Nhaneka-Umbi tribes relate to the Kwisi people in the Caitou Commune, Namibe Province-Angola.
