Abstract

The results reveal a strong positive relationship between remote work and perceived stress (0.698), while a remote environment with lower stress is associated with better occupational mental health (0.829). The high rating with the spiritual dimension (0.937) indicates a positive impact on mental health, although stress has a moderate influence in this area (0.642). The behavioral (0.755) and cognitive (0.729) dimensions are also affected. It is concluded that remote work requires effective strategies to manage stress and promote mental health.
