Espacios de parámetros para el estudio de la turbulencia mediada por defectos y otros fenómenos no lineales en sistemas espacialmente distribuidos

Abstract

Se utiliza la ecuacion compleja de Landau-Ginzburg (ECLG) como base para el estudio de sistemas espacialmente distribuidos. Se considera diferentes comportamientos de un fluido tales como la laminaridad, la aparicion de fuentes y sumideros, el régimen intermitente, la turbulencia de fase y la turbulencia mediada por defectos, siendo esta la que en principio concito nuestra atención. El análisis numérico de la ECLG nos permitió caracterizar espacio-temporalmente cada uno de estos comportamientos. Por medio de la construccion del espacio de parametros con base en la amplitud promedio, se identifican cada uno de estos regímenesThe complex Landau-Ginzburg equation (CLGE) has been used as the basis of the study of spatially distributed systems. We considered a variety of behaviors on a fluid, such as lami-narity, the apparition of sources and sinks, the intermittent regime, and the defect-mediated turbulence; being the last one that focused our attention. Numerical analysis of the CLGE allowed us the spatio-temporal characterization of each of these behaviors. By means of the parameters space, based on the mean amplitude, the phase diagram distinguishes clearly the occurrence of the above mentioned regimes
