Abstract
The present research looks for an approximation of the Bolivian Educational System from the perspective of complexity and prospective in order to propose an integral, continuous model that discovers and enhances skills throughout a process of life formation considering its component elements understood as actors, institutions, actions and their interaction, in addition to their equilibrium condition and their historicity. The results show a network where many of its components have a disconnection, typical of an adaptive complex system, which avert the approach of an integral and continuous model, and precisely, structural modifications in the system are necessary to achieve recursive interconnections that allow the discovery and enhancement of individual skills.
