DESGLOSANDO EL CONTEXTO Y DISCURSO DEL CÓMIC BOLIVIANO

Abstract

El arte del cómic en Bolivia vive una difusa historia por su escasa periodicidad. La historia de los movimientos artísticos relativos a la historieta y las tiras cómicas se encuentra en resurgimiento ante la imposición de la censura en la época militar. Pese al nuevo "auge" se presencia en la actualidad, la semiótica y las estructuras del cómic nacional no han terminado de definir sus orígenes en la formación de la tradición. El complejo acople de la cultura popular y otros géneros y estilos narrativos empleados entre las viñetas caracteriza la producción boliviana. Pese a ello, semiológicamente no están definidas las tendencias de la estructura discursiva y la relación estructural entre las funciones semánticas, retóricas y miméticas. El presente artículo procura desglosar y posteriormente rearticular los detalles de la historia del contexto nacional en la producción de viñetas para diferentes medios. A partir de una investigación realizada se analizan los elementos estructurales y discursivos del fenómeno.

The history of Bolivian comic art is diffuse due to its scarce periodicity. Artistic initiatives related to comic books and strips is in resurgence before the imposition of censorship in the military era. Despite the active new inception, the semiotics and structures of the national comic have not totally settled defining their origins in the formation of tradition. The complex coupling of popular culture and other genres and narrative styles used among the vignettes characterizes Bolivian production. Although, the trends of the discursive structure and the structural relationship between semantic, rhetorical and mimetic functions are not defined semiologically. The present article tries to break down and later rearticulate the details of the history over the national context in the production of vignettes for different media. Based on the research carried out, the structural and discursive elements of the phenomenon will be analyzed and structurally linked.
