Liderazgo directivo en instituciones de educación básica y media: Revisión sistemática

Abstract

En el contexto educativo, el líder directivo tiene una función importante como parte de la estructura educativa, ya que tiene la capacidad de liderar, implementar, apoyar, motivar y transformar procesos y estrategias organizacionales. De esta manera el objetivo se basó en realizar un análisis sobre el liderazgo directivo en instituciones educativas mediante investigaciones de revisión sistemática, donde las fuentes de búsqueda fueron Scopus, Redalyc, Dialnet, Scielo y Journal Academic. En el proceso de la selección tuvo una inicial de 139 artículos, simplificado con los criterios inclusión y exclusión, obtuvo un resultado de 49 artículos. Como parte de las conclusiones, la gestión educativa no solo se determina únicamente por los resultados del trabajo de cada docente en el aula, sino también porque el líder directivo apoya y no limita a la administración educativa.In the educational context, the managerial leader has an important role as part of the educational structure, since he/she has the ability to lead, implement, support, motivate and transform organizational processes and strategies. Thus, the objective was based on an analysis of managerial leadership in educational institutions through systematic review research, where the search sources were Scopus, Redalyc, Dialnet, Scielo and Journal Academic. The selection process had an initial 139 articles, simplified with the inclusion and exclusion criteria, resulting in 49 articles. As part of the conclusions, educational management is not only determined solely by the results of the work of each teacher in the classroom, but also because the managerial leader supports and does not limit the educational administration.
