Abstract

1. Analysis of the Constitutional Precept In reading the Constitutional Text we can find multiple precepts that attend to the structuring of power, the way of exercising it and its conjugation, with respect for the guarantees and rights that emanate from human nature. However, we do not find an express and specific rule that enlightens us in the search for the constitutional foundations of the interpretative powers of the Administration Bodies.
