Abstract
La interculturalidad ha sido privilegiada en la Constitución de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, como precepto fundamental de reconocimiento de la otredad. Por ello se hace necesario conocer y valorar los conocimientos ecológicos y las especificidades lingüísticas, sociales, territoriales y culturales, que durante milenios han desarrollado las culturas indígenas para establecer una relación armoniosa y duradera con la naturaleza. En esta contribución se presenta el diseño metodológico de una valoración intercultural de la sabiduría ecológica, referenciado en un proyecto de desarrollo rural comunitario Pemón Taurepán de la Guayana venezolana.
Interculturality has been favoured within the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela as an essential precept of recognition of the otherness concept. For this reason, it is necessary to know and valué ecological knowledge and linguistic, social, territorial and cultural specificities that, for ages, indigenous cultures have developed in order to establish a balanced and long-lasting relatíonship with nature. This arricie aims at contributing to this topic with the presentadon of a methodological design for an ecological wisdom intercultural assessment, referred to the community rural development project Pemón Taurepán of the Venezuelan Guyana.
