En este artículo se examinan las legislaciones europeas en materia de uso del velo integral en espacios públicos, en particular, la ley francesa 1 192/2010; y se estudia la jurisprudencia de la Corte de Derechos Humanos de Europa sobre la materia, en concreto, el reciente caso "S.A.S contra Francia".
