Sobre la pluralidad y la extensión de las relaciones entre los países: unas reflexiones básicas

Abstract

After a brief synthesis of a select historiography on the problem of the relations between countries, the author shows, by linking various schools and with his own reflections, that these relations are plural and wide, and proposes the term "networks" to discuss them.
