dc.description.abstractThis article examines the involvement of International Organizations in Chuquisaca's Chaco. Due the existence of captive communities in Chaco’s ranches, complaints arose to international instances that evidenced relationships of servitude, forced labor and the absence of the State in the defense and guarantee of individual and collective rights of the Guarani People.
