Abstract
Este artículo analiza la utilidad de los audiolibros en el Sistema de la Universidad Boliviana. Para tal efecto, la autora se plantea arribar al objetivo general a partir del análisis de las bibliotecas virtuales de todas las universidades públicas nacionales y de algunas universidades representativas a nivel internacional; explorando el tipo de material que se ofrece en línea y sistematizando la información adquirida mediante el empleo de datos cuantitativos. Los resultados evidencian la carencia de audiolibros en los portales de las universidades bolivianas de estudio y la necesidad de su utilización para la democratización del sistema de educación superior
This paper analyses the usefulness of audiobooks in the Bolivian University System. To this end, the author sets out to reach the general objective by analyzing the virtual libraries of all national public universities and some internationally representative universities. This, by exploring the type of material offered online and systematizing the information acquired through the use of quantitative data. The results show the lack of audiobooks in the portals of Bolivian universities of study and the need for their use for the democratization of the higher education system
