Hacia la calidad educativa en educación superior: gestión para el aseguramiento de la calidad

Abstract
Desde la globalización, las organizaciones deben enfrentarse a un mundo competitivo, innovador y de gestión de conocimientos. El objetivo del estudio fue analizar los avances de la calidad educativa relacionados a la gestión de calidad en la educación superior. Se empleó la revisión sistemática usando como método la declaración PRISMA. La búsqueda se realizó en las bases de datos de Scopus, EBsCO y ProQuest, identificando 140 publicaciones de los cinco últimos años, 40 publicaciones aportan a los avances de la calidad educativa en la educación superior, las 40 publicaciones fueron revisados utilizando la técnica de análisis de contenidos. Se obtuvo como conclusión que, el enfoque de calidad educativa en las IES ha ido avanzando y fortaleciéndose a diferencia de años pasados. La calidad en las IES se encuentra en proceso de consolidación, hasta el momento se ha logrado avanzar en generar estándares académicos y estrategias para el aseguramiento de la calidad, pero estos son insuficientes.

It was concluded that the approach to educational quality in HEIs has been advancing and strengthening, unlike in previous years. Quality in HEIs is in the process of consolidation; so far progress has been made in generating academic standards and strategies for quality assurance, but these are insufficient.
