Abstract
The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between the educational use of ICT and the perception of teaching performance within a faculty of education at a national university. A basic, non-experimental methodology with a quantitative approach was employed. The population consisted of 493 students from the faculty of education, with a final sample of 297 students selected through random probability sampling. Data collection was conducted using a survey with closed-ended questions. The correlation analysis, using Spearman's Rho coefficient, yielded a value of 0.999, indicating a very strong relationship between the variables. Additionally, a statistically significant result was obtained (p=0.000 < 0.05), leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis and acceptance of the alternative hypothesis. These findings suggest that the educational use of ICT is significantly related to students' perception of teaching performance within a faculty of education at a national university.
