Abstract

La consistencia de los argumentos que respaldan la demanda presentada por Bolivia ante la Corte Internacional de Justicia dio como resultado el rechazo de la CIJ a la objeción preliminar interpuesta por Chile, país que deberá probar en la siguiente etapa que no se comprometió a resolver el enclaustramiento geográfico de Bolivia mediante un acceso soberano al Océano Pacífico.
