| dc.description.abstract | A brief description of the process and actors involved in the development of nanoscopy is presented. Contribution of the researchers involved in the development of this technique is discussed. The knowledge processes and experimental results obtained individually by these researchers provided the necessary information to achieve this goal and leading them to be granted with the Nobel prize. The supermicroscopy allows observing cells individually, through the fluorescence of certain molecules at the cellular level, obtaining a high resolution at the nanoscale level. The impact and new developments of this technique, especially in the field of cellular biology and genetics, will be seen in the short time. | |
