Talento humano en la calidad de exportación de artesanía en fibra de alpaca

Abstract
La finalidad del estudio es analizar la incidencia del talento humano en la calidad de exportación de artesanía en fibra de alpaca en la Región Puno (Perú). El diseño metodológico responde a un tipo de investigación cuantitativa, no experimental, transversal, hipotético deductivo, el muestreo es aleatorio simple, el instrumento es la encuesta. Las dimensiones de la variable talento humano son explicados por la capacidad humana, la aptitud humana, competitividad humana y compromiso humano. Los resultados de la correlación de Pearson Pearson r = 0.67 y p valor de 0.000 demuestran la incidencia directa y significativa de la capacidad humana, la aptitud humana, competitividad humana y compromiso humano sobre la exportación de la artesanía en fibra de alpaca. Se concluye, tener en cuenta las medidas y estrategias para fortalecer las competencias del talento humano, capacidad, aptitud, competitividad y compromiso por su relación para la mejorar de la calidad de exportación de fibra de alpaca.

The dimensions of the human talent variable are explained by human capacity, human aptitude, human competitiveness and human commitment.
