dc.description.abstractThe constitutional reform act 20,050 conditioned the admissibility of the action of inapplicability to the fulfillment of the requirements of Article 93, paragraph 11 of the Constitution. The jurisprudence of inadmissibility, throughout these years, has been plentiful and allows extract certain criteria that have guided the Court's reasoning on this point. This is a study on the main criteria to be identified in that jurisprudence.
