Abstract
El texto aborda el tema del "esquema actancial", comenzando por una aclaración del concepto de modelo o esquema actancial para luego pasar a exponer la evolución histórica de esta noción tan utilizada hoy en día en semiótica teatral y cinematográfica. De esta manera se comprende la importancia y la utilidad de esta herramienta de análisis. Para ello, la autora presenta la evolución del concepto desde el siglo XIX hasta nuestros días aclarando las diferencias entre las diferentes propuestas y las direcciones de dicha evolución. El texto termina con una reflexión sobre las limitaciones que presenta el esquema actancial como herramienta de análisis en diferentes contextos.
The text approaches the topic of the "actantial model", beginning with an explanation of the concept of the model to then continue with an exposition of the historical evolution of this notion that is used so much nowadays in theatrical and film semiotics. Thus the importance and the utility of this analysis tool are understood. In order to do so, the author presents the evolution of the concept from the XIXth Century to our days clarifying the differences between the different proposals and directions of this evolution. The text ends with a reflection on the limitations that the actantial model presents as an analysis tool in different contexts.
