dc.description.abstractThis document is built upon the results of a research conducted at the University of the Andes between 2021 and 2022, which analyzed how the university responds curricularly to the changes occurring in the professions. What the reader will find are nine critical aspects that turn out to be key dimensions when thinking about curricular innovation processes. These critical points are presented as a set of risks to the extent that curricular reforms are taken as an essentially technical task solely focused on accountability without any form of institutional reflection. Therefore, for each associated critical point, a recommendation is proposed that aims to understand how different aspects of curricular innovation should be addressed.
