Abstract
La presente investigación pretende indagar sobre la construcción intersubjetiva de las nociones de Ley, Norma y Justicia, y las diferencias y relaciones entre las mismas, en adolescentes privados de libertad. Basada en teorías psicológicas, sociales y antropológicas de la construcción social de la realidad, pretende ahondar en el proceso de construcción de estas nociones en sus dimensiones objetivas y subjetivas, resaltando la importancia de su estudio en determinados grupos, en cuanto a un abordaje basado en la interacción del individuo y su contexto. Partiendo de que el mundo social está construido de significados y símbolos, la intersubjetividad será considerada parte fundamental de la investigación cualitativa y base para indagar los significados de los conceptos antes mencionados de manera reflexiva, en sus dimensiones individuales y colectivas. De esta manera, a partir de dichas construcciones, se podrán descubrir las dinámicas de interacción entre los adolescentes y su medio, en este caso un centro de privación de libertad para adolescentes en conflicto con la ley. El estudio se realizó con 19 adolescentes varones privados de libertad, oscilantes entre los 12 y 18 años de edad.
This research aims to investigate the intersubjective construction of notions of law, rule and justice, and the differences and relations between them in juveniles deprived of their liberty. Based on psychological, social and anthropological theories of social reality construction, aims to deepen on the construction process of these notions in their objective and subjective dimensions, highlighting the importance of their study in specific groups, in terms of an approach based on the interaction of the individual and his context. Given that the social world is constructed of meanings and symbols, intersubjectivity will be considered a fundamental part of the basis for qualitative research and investigate the meanings of the above concepts reflexively, in their individual and collective dimensions. Thus, from these constructions, you can discover the dynamics of interaction between teens and their environment, in this case a detention center for adolescents in conflict with the law. The study was conducted with 19 adolescents male prisoners, oscillating between 12 and 18 years old.
