Abstract
El presente trabajo analiza la influencia del aprendizaje organizacional en la calidad de la enseñanza y el desempeño docente en el Departamento Académico de Educación y Humanidades de una universidad nacional peruana. El objetivo fue evaluar cómo las estrategias de aprendizaje organizacional implementadas impactan en la eficacia educativa y la capacidad docente para promover un entorno de aprendizaje integral, incentivando la satisfacción académica de los estudiantes en formación. La metodología empleada es de tipo cuantitativo, con un diseño descriptivo y correlacional, utilizando cuestionarios validados y el análisis de correspondencia múltiple (ACM) para explorar las relaciones entre las variables. El principal resultado indica que el aprendizaje organizacional tiene un impacto significativo en la calidad de la enseñanza y el desempeño docente, teniendo implicancia en el nivel de satisfacción académica, confirmando la hipótesis del estudio. Los hallazgos sugieren la necesidad de fortalecer las prácticas organizacionales para mejorar la efectividad global en el entorno educativo.
The present study analyzes the influence of organizational learning on the quality of teaching and faculty performance in the Academic Department of Education and Humanities of a Peruvian national university. The goal was to evaluate how the implemented organizational learning strategies impact educational effectiveness and the faculty's ability to promote a comprehensive learning environment, thereby enhancing the academic satisfaction of students in training. The methodology used is quantitative, with a descriptive and correlational design, using validated questionnaires and multiple correspondence analysis (MCA) to explore the relationships between variables. The main finding indicates that organizational learning has a significant impact on the quality of teaching and faculty performance, affecting the level of academic satisfaction and confirming the hypothesis of the study. The findings suggest the need to strengthen organizational practices to enhance overall effectiveness in the educational environment.
