Prácticas de la oralidad de académicos en Twitter: conversación digital respecto al tema Yasuní | Orality Practices of Scholars in Twitter: Digital Conversation regarding the Issue of Yasuní

Abstract

La presente investigacion se justifica en la necesidad de analizar el contenido participativo que los academicos interactivos trasmiten a traves del uso de las NTIC en el marco de un tema polemico, como lo es la explotacion del Parque Nacional Yasuni. Los objetivos se han dirigido a comprobar como una oralidad mediada por lo tecnologico puede conducir a los academicos a crear conversaciones digitales tendientes a plantear todo tipo de reacciones en contra y a favor del tema Yasuni. La metodologia utilizada parte desde lo inductivo para pasar a un estudio de casos concretos a profundidad, esto a traves del uso de herramientas de monitoreo utilizadas para Twitter, para asi luego poder determinar como los academicos ensanchan sus relaciones comunicativas y construyen significados de acuerdo a su postura respecto a este tema en concreto. Finalmente, se concluye que la oralidad mediada por redes sociales se puede dar, y que en estos casos, los academicos se han apropiado de las NTIC, aportando perspectivas para influir en la ciudadania. This research is justified by the need to analyze the participatory content that interactive scholars transmit by the use of NTIC as a part of a controversial issue as the exploitation of Yasuni National Park (Ecuador). The purposes of this research aims to test how technologically mediated reality can lead scholars to create tending digital conversations to raise all kinds of reactions against or in favor of the Yasuni. The methodology used goes from the inductive method, to move to a study of specific depth cases (this through the use of monitoring tools used for Twitter), so then we can be able to determine how academics broaden their communicative relationships and construct meaning according to their position on the Yasuni’s issue.. The final conclusion refers that orality mediated by social networks it´s possible, and in those particular cases, the scholars have appropriated NTIC, providing perspectives to influence citizenship.
