Rosacea is the most common dermatosis, which affects the facial skin, is characterized by wave-like course, alternating periods of exacerbations and remissions. The most common currently used methods of rosacea treatment do not always provide a persistent positive effect. Recurrences of the disease are often noted, as well as secondary infection occurs, therefore a comprehensive pathogenetically substantiated approach to using existing and finding new effective methods and agents for treatment of rosacea is extremely relevant. Patient A., 30-years-old, has applied to the Real-clinic LLC with complaints of rash in the area of cheeks, chin and nasolabial triangle, hyperemia of the face, accompanied by tingling and burning. She previously did not visit a dermatologist, tried to self-treat with antihistamines. This clinical case demonstrates the high performance of comprehensive therapy of erythematotelangiectatic rosacea using systemic antioxidant, choleretic of plant origin, symbiotic, as well as external therapy: azelaic peeling, long-acting biorevitalizant and phototherapy on the BBL apparatus, that allows to recommend this complex for further study in clinical dermatology. We observed the patient 2 years after the treatment completion, there were no episodes of exacerbation during this time, sometimes moderate erythema on the facial skin, that was resolved on its own, appeared in connection with emotional stress or significant physical exertion.
