Competencias digitales en el uso de aplicaciones web 3.0 en docentes y estudiantes de universidades públicas

Abstract
La educación es un fenómeno social y cultural que va evolucionando al ritmo de la humanidad, este proceso se ajusta y se adapta a las necesidades y las exigencias del contexto digital; sin embargo, en los últimos años son los individuos los que están cambiando las formas de aprender y percibir la realidad con competencias digitales relacionadas al desarrollo de la enseñanza con el uso de aplicaciones web. La investigación busca como objetivo principal, determinar el nivel de incidencia entre las competencias digitales y el uso de herramientas web 3.0 en una universidad pública en Lima. Para ello se tomó una muestra de 132 universitarios pertenecientes de la escuela profesional de Ciencias de la Comunicación, en adelante denominada EPCCOM. La metodología fue basada en un enfoque cuantitativo y utilizando la prueba estadística de Chi cuadrado. La investigación concluye, demostrando una relación de correlación causal significativa, con un resultado de verosimilitud de 26,582 y una significancia de 0,274. Es así que este valor, al superar a α con un 0,05 demuestra la incidencia de la variable competencias digitales en el uso de herramientas web 3.0.
Education is a social and cultural phenomenon that is evolving at the pace of humanity, this process adjusts and adapts to the needs and demands of the digital context; however, in recent years it is individuals who are changing the ways of learning and perceiving reality with digital competencies related to the development of teaching with the use of web applications. The main objective of this research is to determine the level of incidence between digital competencies and the use of web 3.0 tools in a public university in Lima. For this purpose, a sample of 132 university students belonging to the professional school of Communication Sciences, hereinafter referred to as EPCCOM, was taken. The methodology was based on a quantitative approach and using the Chi-square statistical test. The research concludes, demonstrating a significant causal correlation relationship, with a likelihood result of 26.582 and a significance of 0.274. Thus, this value, exceeding α with 0.05, demonstrates the incidence of the variable digital competences in the use of web 3.0 tools.
