Influencia del clima organizacional en la satisfacción laboral en el Hospital Civil Santa Teresita, Ecuador

Abstract
La satisfacción laboral se centra en las percepciones que un individuo tiene acerca de su empleo y, en gran medida, depende de los beneficios que este le ofrezca. Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la incidencia del clima organizacional en la satisfacción laboral en el Hospital Civil Santa Teresita de la ciudad de Santa Rosa. Se utilizó un diseño no experimental con un corte transversal de tipo descriptivo, con una muestra de 145 empleados a quienes se les aplicaron dos cuestionarios. Los resultados de la evaluación del clima organizacional generaron opiniones mayoritariamente positivas. Del mismo modo se obtuvieron respuestas positivas en su mayoría respecto influencia del anterior en la satisfacción laboral donde hubo casos donde aparecieron porcentajes mayores a los esperados como en la libertad de expresión. En conclusión, a pesar de las diferencias de percepciones entre trabajadores, el clima organizacional influye significativamente en la satisfacción laboral, considerando aspectos externos y subjetivos del trabajador.

This research aimed to determine the impact of the organizational climate on job satisfaction at the Santa Teresita Civil Hospital in the city of Santa Rosa. A non-experimental design with a descriptive cross-sectional design was used, with a sample of 145 employees to whom two questionnaires were administered. The results of the evaluation of the organizational climate generated mostly positive opinions. Likewise, mostly positive responses were obtained regarding the influence of the previous one on job satisfaction where there were cases where percentages higher than expected appeared, such as in freedom of expression. In conclusion, despite the differences in perceptions between workers, the organizational climate significantly influences job satisfaction, considering external and subjective aspects of the worker.
