Clima organizacional en los trabajadores de la empresa RICSAM Ingenieros SRL Cajamarca, Perú 2020

Abstract
El artículo que se presenta a continuación tuvo por objetivo describir a la variable clima organizacional en sus diferentes niveles de acuerdo con los datos demográficos obtenidos de la muestra de estudio; por otro lado, la metodología de dicho estudio tuvo un enfoque; asimismo, fue descriptivo porque solamente se encarga de describir una variable y diseño no experimental de corte transversal. Ahora bien, para hacer realidad el presente estudio se trabajó con personal que se encuentra laborando actualmente en dicha empresa; además, tuvieron que cumplir algunos requisitos de inclusión, siendo el total de muestreados 85 trabajadores, se consideró usar el muestreo no probabilístico; sin embargo, para hacer del estudio algo más representativo se decidió calcular el número de participantes. Al finalizar el estudio, se obtuvo resultados en el que se evidencia un buen clima organizacional con el (35,3%) de la muestra estudiada; asimismo, el (45,9%) afirma tener un clima organizacional regular; finalmente, solo algunos de los trabajadores (18,8%) indican que existe un mal clima organizacional. Por lo tanto, se puede afirmar que en su mayoría los trabajadores de la empresa RICSAM Ingenieros SRL Cajamarca, 2020, perciben al clima organizacional en un nivel regular.
The article presented its objective was to describe the organizational climate variable at its different levels according to the demographic data obtained from the study sample; on the other hand, the methodology of said study had a focus; Likewise, it was descriptive because it only describes a variable and a non-experimental cross-sectional design.
