This article substantiates the smart agglomeration concept for sustainable urban management based on an ecological and geological model using the example of Tashkent city. GIS technologies, spatial analysis, and multi-criteria assessment were applied to classify urban areas by ecological safety, digital potential, and resource balance. Based on the analysis, recommendations were developed for enhancing stable zones, improving infrastructure, and systematically planning smart agglomeration.
