El Trasvase de agua de la Laguna Choclococha: Analizando su impacto en el derecho al agua de Huaracco

Abstract

El agua como bien jurídico tutelado y principio fundamental de la vida, indispensable para el desarrollo de las sociedades humanas debería ser un bien común sin discriminación alguna. La investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la vulneración de sus derechos al acceso del agua mediante la instalación de trasvase de la laguna Choclococha en el anexo de Huaracc. El enfoque es cuantitativo, tipo descriptiva, diseño no experimental. La población 40 pobladores, las técnicas la observación y encuesta, se aplicó cuestionario con 10 preguntas. El procedimiento de datos se realizó a través de estadísticas descriptivas, se utilizaron tablas de distribución de frecuencias y porcentajes, con el soporte de software estadístico SPSS. os resultados revelan existe un factor divergente y relevante como es el desconocimiento de normas legales que protege el ambiente y a las personas. Las conclusiones reflejan que hay cambios preocupantes en los comuneros por escases de agua. De continuar así, las comunidades podrían quedar sin agua.Water as a protected legal good and fundamental principle of life, indispensable for the development of human societies, should be a common good without any discrimination. The approach is quantitative, descriptive type, non-experimental design. The population consisted of 40 residents, observation and survey techniques, a questionnaire with 10 questions was applied. The data procedure was carried out through descriptive statistics, frequency distribution tables and percentages were used, with the support of SPSS statistical software. The results reveal that there is a divergent and relevant factor such as ignorance of legal regulations that protect the environment and people. The conclusions reflect that there are worrying changes in the community due to water shortages. If this continues, the communities could be left without water.
