Abstract
En el trabajo se expone la regulación del derecho a la propia imagen en Bolivia, proponiéndose una enumeración de conductas constitutivas de intromisiones ilegítimas en la misma, analizándose, tanto la tutela inhibitoria como la resarcitoria de los daños causados por ellas, incluyendo las que tienen lugar en el caso de ataques a la memoria de los fallecidos
The paper describes the regulation of the right to self-image in Bolivia, proposing a list of behaviors that constitute illegal interference in the same, analyzing both inhibitory as protection for damages for any damage caused by them, including those occur in the case of attacks on the memory of the deceased
