During the last decades many research studies have been carried out to understand lifestyle complexity and its relationship with health. The ultimate

objective has been to show the factors affecting lifestyle. Then, this is a literature review focused on studies about social and educational environment

and how it molds lifestyle-related behavior. Approaches from various domains of study have been recently made, especially from Health Sciences and Education. Therefore, the concept of transdiscipline becomes an uniting element.
