Abstract
Las instituciones educativas constituyen los espacios indicados para desarrollar la ciencia y tecnología a través de la investigación. El objetivo de la investigación fue describir la influencia del trabajo en equipo y las competencias digitales en el desempeño docente en una institución educativa pública de la provincia de Andahuaylas. La metodología estuvo enmarcada dentro del paradigma positivista, no experimental, correlacional causal; asimismo considero una población censal de 60 docentes, donde la técnica empleada fue una encuesta. Los resultados demuestran que la variable competencias digitales presentan una varianza de 0.568; mientras que la variable el trabajo en equipo evidencia un 0.465 (p> 0.05). Se concluye que existe una influencia alta de ambas variables; según el R2 de Nagelkerke, el trabajo en equipo y competencias de desempeño.
Educational institutions are the right places to develop science and technology through research. The objective of the research was to describe the influence of teamwork and digital competencies in the teaching performance in a public educational institution in the province of Andahuaylas.
