Abstract

As a result, this research aimed to analyze resilience among university students. To achieve this, a systematic review was conducted based on the PRISMA method, identifying 58 articles published since 2020. In the reviewed publications, it was observed that multiple studies identified high levels of resilience, associated with factors such as self-confidence, family and social support, psychological well-being, personal competencies, and optimism. These findings demonstrate benefits in improved academic performance and a lower likelihood of mental health being affected by stress, depression, and anxiety. In conclusion, it is proposed to establish strategies that strengthen the resilient response capacity in students, promoting healthy lifestyles.
