Abstract
Aquí se relata la experiencia de Luis Ramiro Beltrán como defensor del lector de ocho periódicos bolivianos entre 2003 y 2005, y se conoce las dificultades que tuvo en su labor. Fascinación, ilusión, desazón, frustración, incomodidad, satisfacción y esperanza, todo eso fue lo que él sintió.
Here we recount Luis Ramiro Beltran's experience as press ombudsman of eight Bolivian newspapers between 2003 and 2005, as well as the challenges he faced in his work. Fascination, illusion, uneasiness, frustration, discomfort, satisfaction and hope: these were the feelings he experienced.
