Diálogo-Asamblea Constituyente: un balance a varias voces

Abstract

La Asamblea Constituyente es vista desde adentro por tres políticos cuya participación y aporte fueron importantes, en el lugar y momento que les tocó actuar. Guillermo Richter, Carlos Romero y Samuel Doria Medina hablan de los principales logros y frustraciones del proceso, de los protagonistas, de los temas que no salieron a la luz pública, de los puentes y las trancas. Un diálogo realizado en plena coyuntura, cuando se daban los "toques" finales a la nueva Constitución.

An inside view of the Constitutional Assembly is provided by three politicians whose participation and contribution were important at the time they were called upon to act. Guillermo Richter, Carlos Romero and Samuel Doria Medina talk about the main achievements and frustrations of the process, its protagonists, the issues that did not come to light in public, and the bridges and roadblocks along the way. This dialogue was held towards the end of the process, when the final touches were being put to the new constitution.
