Abstract
A large majority of the contributions of theorists associated with the analysis of the economic access to food security food goods, identified as determinants of this access to socio-economic variables such as household income, household size, the level education of members of household, housing tenure and access to water among others. However, these contributions are considered a strictly theoretical contributions, often result in the observation and analysis of aggregated data. In this tenor, this work determined in hierarchical terms which of the variables mentioned above is that more weight, has on the access to food goods by area. This resulted from the analysis of socio-economic and demographic data from the household survey, for 2015, and the implementation of a logistic discrete choice model.
